Return Policy

 

  1. No Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. To replace an item, please return it according to the policy and place a new order.

  2. Non-Returnable Conditions: Returns are not accepted for non-quality-related issues, such as dislike of color, style, or size, or for items damaged, stained, or altered after receipt.

  3. Quality Issues Only: Returns are accepted only for verified defects or shipping damage. Claims must be made within 7 days with photos and details.
Return Shipping: We do not accept returns for non-quality-related issues; therefore, no return shipping will be charged to customers in such cases. For verified quality issues or shipping damage, we will cover all return shipping costs.
To initiate a return for quality issues, please contact customer service. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item and confirmation of the defect or damage.
